Welcome to DrillGrid Boxing. These Terms of Use explain the rules for using this website. By browsing or creating an account, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
We may update these terms when needed. If we make a material change, we will use a prominent notice on the site or email registered users where appropriate. Continuing to use DrillGrid Boxing after the updated terms take effect means you accept them.
Who can use DrillGrid Boxing
Anyone can browse the site’s drills, videos and club information without creating an account. To contribute content, link to a club or access member features, you need to register.
Account creation is restricted to people aged 16 or over. When you sign up, you must confirm that you meet this age requirement. If we reasonably believe an account belongs to someone under 16, we may restrict or close it.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login details secure. If you think someone has accessed your account without permission, contact andrew@zoogly.co.uk as soon as possible.
Your account is personal to you. Do not share it or let someone else use it on your behalf.
Linking to a club
You can link your profile to an approved club on DrillGrid Boxing as a coach, boxer, helper or fan. This information is self-declared. A link can be visible before the club reviews it, and linking alone never gives you control of the club dashboard. The primary owner or an authorised editor or club admin must explicitly grant dashboard permission. Public coach links may appear on the club page when the member has chosen public visibility.
If your club is not listed, you may share an invitation with the people who run it or submit a club listing request through the site.
Content you contribute
DrillGrid Boxing lets members submit drills, videos, club information, images and other material. You keep ownership of your content. By submitting it, you give DrillGrid Boxing a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, display, format, distribute and promote that content for the purpose of operating and promoting the site, including through DrillGrid Boxing social channels. This licence lasts for as long as the content is published or reasonably needed for backups, legal records or resolving a complaint.
You must own the content or have the rights and permissions needed to submit it. If it features other people, especially anyone under 18, you must have appropriate consent from them and, where required, their parent or guardian before uploading it.
Boxing content and health
The drills, techniques and coaching information on DrillGrid Boxing are general educational material. They are not medical advice or a substitute for qualified, in-person coaching. Boxing involves physical risk. Train within your ability, use suitable equipment and supervision, follow your club’s safety procedures and seek professional medical advice before starting or changing training if you have health concerns.
Safe conduct
We expect everyone to behave responsibly and respectfully. You must not use DrillGrid Boxing for:
- Bullying, targeted harassment, intimidation or threats.
- Hate speech, discrimination or abuse based on a protected characteristic.
- Sexual content, sexual harassment or intimate images shared without consent.
- Exploitation, grooming or the targeting of children or vulnerable people.
- Attempting to initiate inappropriate private contact with a child or young person.
- Sharing another person’s private information without permission.
- Dangerous or illegal instructions, fraud, impersonation, spam or malicious activity.
- Anything that breaches safeguarding duties or applicable law.
Report concerns to andrew@zoogly.co.uk. If someone is in immediate danger, contact the emergency services first.
Child safeguarding and club responsibility
DrillGrid Boxing does not provide private messaging and does not permit the site to be used to arrange inappropriate private contact between adults and children or young people.
Clubs and coaches remain responsible for their own safeguarding policies, checks, supervision and conduct in line with the law and any governing-body requirements. DrillGrid Boxing does not supervise in-person activity or communications that take place away from the site.
Moderation and account action
We may review submitted content. We may refuse it, make reasonable presentation edits, unpublish it or remove it where we reasonably believe this is needed to enforce these terms, comply with the law, protect people or the site, prevent misuse, deal with a complaint or keep the service operating properly. There is no automatic right to have content published.
We may warn, restrict, suspend or close an account on the same grounds. We will aim to act proportionately and explain significant action where practical. Serious safety, safeguarding, security or legal concerns may require immediate action without prior warning. We do not promise to monitor every item at all times.
If you believe a decision was made in error, contact us and include the relevant account, content or page details.
Third-party links and platforms
DrillGrid Boxing may link to content on Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok and other external services. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, availability or handling of your data. Their own terms and privacy notices apply.
Intellectual property
The site design, branding, software and original content created by DrillGrid Boxing are protected by intellectual property law. You may use the site for its intended personal and coaching purposes, but you must not copy, sell or commercially exploit DrillGrid Boxing material without permission.
Availability and liability
The site and community content are provided on an “as available” basis. We aim to keep the service useful and reliable, but cannot guarantee that it will always be available, error-free or suitable for a particular training need.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where the law does not allow it, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence. Subject to that, DrillGrid Boxing is not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when you used the site or for business losses arising from personal use.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are a consumer, you keep any mandatory rights available to you under the law where you live and may be entitled to bring a claim in your local courts.
