Purpose

Setup
- Pair boxers as A and B
- Start at technical pace, complete the sequence, reset, then swap roles
Run it
- A jabs then fakes right body
- B reads, slips left and counters right hand
- Reset
Coach checks

Scale it
Add left hook after right hand.
Common faults
- Rushing the drill
- overreaching
- standing still after punching
- or trying to win the drill instead of learning the skill
Amateur relevance
Clean visible contact, immediate answer after defence, and a composed exit help the boxer look in control.
Use it
Use only after the base movement is reliable. Add choice, rhythm breaks or round pressure carefully.
