Purpose

Prevents straight-punch combinations ending square.

Setup

  • Pair boxers as A and B
  • Start at technical pace, complete the sequence, reset, then swap roles

Run it

  1. A throws 1-2, pivots left or right
  2. B touches back if A remains on line
  3. Reset, check shape, then repeat

  • Step
  • turn

Scale it

Advanced: pivot then jab back in.
