Purpose

Setup
- Pair boxers as A and B
- Start at technical pace, complete the sequence, reset, then swap roles
Run it
- A and B work light inside hooks for three seconds
- Coach calls 'out'
- Both step out
- First clean jab scores
- Reset, check shape, then repeat
Coach checks

Scale it
Add final right hand for advanced.
Common faults
- Rushing the drill
- overreaching
- standing still after punching
- or trying to win the drill instead of learning the skill
Amateur relevance
